Can we customize the risk matrix to our own safety program?

Yes. Admins can rename levels, set between two and seven levels on each axis independently, reorder them, upload your own matrix image, or reset to the WorkSafe defaults at any time.

Is the same matrix used for inspections and incidents?

Yes — that's the point. A High on a site inspection means the same thing as a High on an FLHA hazard, so trends are comparable across projects, months, and crews.

Does WorkSafe track risk before and after controls?

Yes. Re-score a hazard once controls are applied and reports keep both the initial and residual score.
