How much does WorkSafe cost?

WorkSafe is included free with WorkSkedge for a limited time — all features, no limits, no extra charge. You do need a WorkSkedge subscription on the Control tier, which starts at $49 USD/month.

Do I need WorkSkedge to use WorkSafe?

Yes. WorkSafe is a native extension of WorkSkedge — it reads projects, employees, and equipment directly from your WorkSkedge account. The Control tier (starting at $49 USD/month) is all you need: load your projects and employee records and WorkSafe is ready. Everything else WorkSkedge offers is optional.

What about implementation?

WorkSafe self-onboards in about a week with our guided setup. A dedicated implementation engineer is available to migrate hazard libraries, FLHA templates, and certification records.

Will pricing change later?

WorkSafe is free while we build out billing. Once pricing is introduced, we'll give plenty of notice and existing users will be grandfathered into fair terms.

Is there a worker minimum?

WorkSafe is built for teams that dispatch crews and need audit-grade compliance — that reality kicks in around 15 workers. Smaller teams are usually better served by paper or a lightweight app.
