What is a Field-Level Hazard Assessment (FLHA)?

How is an Advanced FLHA different from a basic digital FLHA?

Basic FLHAs are a single form with a checkbox list. Advanced FLHAs use per-task cards where each task carries its own fields, hazards from your catalog, and auto-loaded controls — plus standing site hazards you can't remove, nested permits that auto-activate on matching hazards, and automatic duplicate protection so the same site can't have two FLHAs on the same day.

Can two site leads accidentally open two FLHAs for the same day?

No. WorkSafe prevents duplicate FLHAs for the same site on the same day — the second attempt is blocked and takes the user straight to the existing FLHA.

Is WorkSafe's FLHA suitable for COR / SECOR audit evidence?
