Can I block a subcontractor from signing in if their COI has lapsed?

Yes. Sign-in enforcement is optional per vendor package — you can warn, hard-block, or ignore. The vendor coordinator and the vendor themselves are alerted at 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry.

Do sub employees need WorkSkedge accounts?

No. Vendor employees roll into the site sign-in list without a WorkSkedge account — but they still get cert tracking, sign-in enforcement, and appear on the muster roster.

What documents does the vendor package track?

COI, WCB / WorkSafeBC clearance letters, SECOR / COR certificates, safety program summaries, and any custom document types you add — each with its own expiry date and alert cadence.
